Due to continued success, their learning technology team is growing and needs to find a talented Customer Success Manager to join them on their exciting journey as they continue their expansion plans.

Joining the team as an experienced learning technology specialist, you will be a passionate, self-motivated, customer-focused professional who cares deeply about the use of new learning technologies to drive and enhance performance for your blue-chip customers.

With instant credibility and superb interpersonal skills you’ll develop key relationships with your customers, understanding their objectives, KPIs, and strengths and opportunities, supporting them through their journey.
